Our intermediate tumbling class is tailored for those who have mastered the basics and are ready to take their skills to the next level. This class is perfect for students who have completed our beginner tumbling course or have equivalent experience and are eager to challenge themselves further.
What to Expect
Our intermediate tumbling class is structured to build on foundational skills, introducing more complex movements and sequences. The focus is on enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination while ensuring that students progress safely and confidently.

- Dynamic Stretching: We begin each session with dynamic stretches to prepare the muscles and joints for the demands of tumbling.
- Strength Training: Emphasis on core strength, leg strength, and upper body conditioning to support more advanced skills.
- Cardio: Short, intense cardio exercises to boost stamina and endurance.

- Intermediate Skills: Students will work on perfecting skills such as round-offs, front and back walkovers, aerials, and front and back handsprings.
